Supermarine Spitfire (PR) Mk.IX - Matchbox 1:72
I must've been something less than 10 years old when I did this - my first kit conversion.
This is now supposed to look like a PR Mk.IX - a photo recon. version of the 'Spitfire'.
Not much plastic surgery yet - mainly another paint scheme - with hand-painted D-Day stripes!
