Corvette Camaro Firebird Nationals - 2000

This was the 6th edition of the first static show of the C.C.C. The show is also known as the C.C.C Openings Meeting and is combined with a large swap meet, a reason why I never visited this show before. I'm not the old car parts collector kind.

Anyway, April 16th offered very good weather and a cruising virus deep inside of me woke up after a long winter full of sleep. And it was eager to burn some rubber.

I decided to take Franka - my '91 Firebird - for a spin and pointed the nose in the direction of this happening. On arrival it appeared the available space on the show ground was loaded and I had to park on the visitors parking lot outside. This wasn't too bad. I wasn't the only one and left Franka in good company and walked over to the happening.
Boy, was I in for a surprise.
