IPMS Belgium National Convention hosted by IPMS Charleroi - the rather long contest table

This year, IPMS Charleroi hosted the Nationals.

It was a two day event with lots of models on show and many trade stands. I bought a lot of goodies (it was in fact a dark weekend for my personal economics) including a resin Fi-256 and a resin XP-72. So far I haven't build a resin kit but now I have at least 2 reasons sitting on my shelves to consider it.

The contest didn't hold as many models as I expected, though maybe this was just my impression because these models were on show on one looooong row of tables.
Quality of the exposed plastic was great but not exceptional (minus a few exceptions of course).

Nevertheless I had a very enjoyable weekend and finally I could say I had seen a build up 'Ilya Muromets', quite impressive...
