		June ?, 1999 Organization : IPMS Lier Location : Cultureel Centrum 'De Mol' Lier is a 20 minutes drive nearby town with a small IPMS branch. Every year these people host a modeling event with a small contest. Over time this show has become bigger and bigger and visiting this show is now one of my personal highlights in my modeling year. Not many small scale models in this years contest though - it was mostly 1/48 planes and 1/35 AFVs. I discovered at a German trade stand a High Planes P-47N for sale. I was already looking for some time for this not readily available kit so I happily bought it. One worry less. I finally had an accurate P-47N. I'm sorry about the lousy quality of most of the pictures - I only had my digital camera for a short time.
